When you purchase a membership, we collect your name, email address, phone number and billing information. This information is processed securely through Stripe.

How we use it

We use your information to manage your membership, send you club communications you have opted in to receive, and contact you about your account if needed. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

How we store it

Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is not stored by the club. Member contact details are stored securely in the club's internal records and accessible only to authorised committee members.

If you opted in to receive club news and updates at the time of purchase, you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send you.
